The release date for The Best of Both Worlds was finally moved back to the start date of March 26th. The album sold 285,000 copies in its opening week and debuted at number two on Billboard 200.
In May 2002, Kelly's first studio album, Loveland , was leaked and postponed for release in November. Instead, Kelly re-recorded the entire album, titled Chocolate Factory and featured some bootlegged tracks on the Loveland bonus disk.
